This Disclaimer applies to use of Dineator, a software-as-a-service platform for restaurants. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

No warranty of uninterrupted service

Dineator is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform, including the storefront, ordering, kitchen ticketing, reservations or analytics, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Restaurant-provided information

Menu items, pricing, descriptions, images, opening hours and other business information shown to diners on a restaurant's storefront are entered and maintained by that restaurant. Dineator does not verify the accuracy of this information, and each restaurant is solely responsible for ensuring what it publishes is accurate and up to date.

Regulatory compliance

Each restaurant using Dineator is solely responsible for its own compliance with applicable food-safety, health, licensing and tax laws and regulations. Dineator is a technology platform and is not responsible for a restaurant's compliance with any such regulation.

AI-generated content

Some content on the platform, such as auto-generated storefront theme designs and monthly performance report summaries, is generated with the help of AI (Google Gemini). AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon or published.

Third-party links and services

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors (Stripe, Square), advertising networks, maps and social media. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Dineator is not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Dineator platform, including analytics, reports or AI-generated summaries, constitutes professional, legal, financial or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice for decisions affecting your business.
